Many of you and/or your loved one have received a Covid-19 vaccination. As of now, CDC and CMS have not changed their regulations concerning visitation, even for those who have been vaccinated.
Nursing Homes in North Carolina may offer friends and family the opportunity to visit with their loved one. The ability to offer visitation is subject to Federal and State regulations that ensure everyone’s safety. This is determined on data such as Covid presence inside the building and the local county’s Covid-positive test rate. Visitation, when offered, is limited to two visitors during a 30-minute visit in the facility-designated visitation area. Strict Infection Control procedures mandate that visitor(s) and the Resident may not come in contact with each other (no hugging, touching, kissing, etc.). Visitations must be scheduled in advance with facility staff. Click here to download a copy of the visitation agreement.
Based on Federal and State regulations, this facility IS NOT currently offering limited family visitation at this time. Check back in a few days to see if this status has changed.
